Digital Products + Refunds

rie//PROCESS digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the software and equipment necessary to access, view, download, and/or print the purchased files.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Because digital products provide access to downloadable content, digital purchases are generally non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect or corrupted file, or believe there is another problem with your order, please contact rie//PROCESS so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

REFUNDS

DIGITAL RESOURCE LICENSE

Your purchase gives you permission to use the resource.
it doesn’t transfer ownership of it.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, purchasing a rie//PROCESS digital resource grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource for its intended educational purpose.

All original rie//PROCESS content, designs, educational frameworks, graphics, activities, worksheets, assessments, facilitator materials, and other resources remain the intellectual property of rie//PROCESS unless otherwise identified.

INDIVIDUAL USE

Individual purchasers may use purchased resources for personal learning, professional development, or certification preparation.

Educators, instructors, and preceptors may use purchased resources as part of instruction they personally provide.

When a resource contains designated student-facing materials, those materials may be reproduced or distributed to learners participating in the purchaser’s own class, training session, or facilitated learning activity.

Instructor guides, answer keys, facilitator materials, and other educator-only content should not be distributed to learners unless the resource specifically indicates otherwise.

EDUCATOR USE

Unless separate written permission or licensing has been provided, rie//PROCESS resources may not be:

  • Resold or sublicensed

  • Redistributed as standalone files

  • Uploaded to public websites, shared drives, resource repositories, or file-sharing platforms

  • Posted to social media in a manner that reproduces substantial portions of the resource

  • Shared with other educators or departments as a substitute for purchasing an additional license

  • Modified and represented as another person’s or organization’s original work

  • Used commercially to create or sell derivative educational products

Purchase of a resource does not transfer copyright or ownership.

What Is Not Permitted

Organization-wide, department-wide, multi-side, commercial redistribution, or other expanded use may require additional licensing.

Organizations interested in broader use of rie//PROCESS resources may contact rie//PROCESS to discuss licensing options.

Consulting + Professional Services

Information provided through the rie//PROCESS website, free resources, contact forms, project inquiries, or preliminary conversations does not by itself establish a consulting engagement.

Consulting or custom-development work begins only after the parties have agreed upon applicable project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, and fees.

rie//PROCESS provides education-system and professional-development consulting within its stated scope of services. Consulting recommendations do not replace organizational leadership, infection prevention, risk management, regulatory, legal, medical, or other appropriately authorized decision-making.

Organizations remain responsible for evaluating and approving practices, policies, educational materials, and operational changes against applicable requirements.
